Payment gate

Payment confirmed? is answered by the Stripe webhook, the labelled demo checkout, or an explicit admin 'mark paid'; never by the browser redirect
If payment is not confirmed the order stays awaiting_payment; the artist can cancel it from admin (refund via Stripe when already paid)

Two passes through the lanes

The highlighted main path is the couple's pass: brand site → builder → pay → gate → paid → couple's page
The return edge from the couple's page restarts at the left in the Guest lane: open /{couple}, map or calendar, RSVP; the reply reaches the couple's page within seconds

Packages 2 and 3

Packages 2/3 start at /inquire; the artist quotes in admin, the order becomes awaiting_payment and the couple pays
Film status moves storyboard → animating → ready; the artist can cancel from admin, refunding via Stripe
