Linework — order lifecycle Diagram

Becoming paid

'payment confirmed' means one of three: the signed Stripe webhook (payment_provider stripe), the labelled demo checkout (demo), or the artist's manual 'mark paid' in admin (manual)
The browser redirect to /success never changes the status; the order stays awaiting_payment until one of the three runs
When the package 1 order is paid, the couple's event goes draft → live

Production

Package 1 has nothing to produce: paid → delivered directly
Packages 2/3 start as an inquiry; the artist's quote turns it into awaiting_payment
ready → in_production is a change round; film status storyboard → animating → ready lives in events.film_json

Cancelling

The artist can cancel from inquiry, awaiting_payment, paid or in_production; a paid order is refunded through Stripe
cancelled and delivered are terminal
